The Snowflake Fitness Activity using the Snowflake (cut out) Task Cards make an ideal Christmas/Winter PE activity that is both fun and healthy! This package includes a complete Activity Plan and 32 different Snowflake Exercise Task Cards. The Activity Plan is complete with the activity set-up, equipment needed, teacher directions, SHAPE standards and a graphic depicting the activity. 

The Snowflake Exercise Task Cards are in 10 different Snowflake colors and include strength, flexibility and endurance movements with a brief description of the exercise, repetitions or time required (bottom left corner) and a colorful, corresponding student exercise image on each Snowflake. 

The Snowflake Fitness Activity (with cut out Snowflake task cards) is ideal for a physical education or classroom teacher to use during the weeks leading up to Christmas or during the cold winter months. The Snowflake Exercise Cards are a “breeze” to use and can also be easily incorporated into many of your current fitness-based warm-ups and activities.
