THE POWER OF THE "Z"!

This lesson plan and diagram is for a large group physical education game called "Z-Men: Live by the Sword". It is a game played with indoor foam flying discs that involves throwing, catching, and dodging. Teams of Fiery Disc Launchers try to "stun" the other teams players but fortunately each team has Super Hero Z-Men that try to save them as they play. 

The kids really enjoy this game and they will leave the gym with smiles on their faces and will be asking you if they really have to leave. The game requires several foam discs, some hula hoops and a few pool noodles and you are ready to go!!!
