This lesson plan and diagram is for a large group physical education game called "Sky Zone". It is a throwing, rolling, catching and blocking game. During the game, Superheroes attempt to roll and throw balls "over and under" a cloud, attempting to "take out" the other team's Kryptonite while preserving their own.

The kids really enjoy this game and they will leave the gym with smiles on their faces and will be asking you if they really have to leave. The game requires several small soft yarn or fleece balls and some larger Nerf/Gator skin balls as well as a net or string attached to some standards or poles.
