This Floss Dance poster was designed as a FUN visual to be placed on a classroom or gym wall to add excitement and joy to those that see it. The visual can also be used as a BRAIN BREAK or BRAIN BOOST in a classroom or as a station sign during a physical education class. 

The Floss or Flossing is a dance move in which a person swings their arms, with clenched fists, from the back to the front of their bodies on each side and do these movements repeatedly.

The Floss Dance became viral after a Saturday Night Live performance of Katy Perry's music Swish Swish and has since become a trend among children and teens, and has been performed by celebrities in videos. Flossing is featured in the 2018 video game Fortnite, as a victory animation performed by the characters.
