LET’S TAKE A DISTRACTION AND TURN IT INTO SOMETHING POSITIVE- CELEBRATION DANCE STYLE
 
The Fidget Spinner Celebration Dance Board set is a package of 8 pre-set spinner boards, each displaying 7 different Fortnite Inspired, Celebration Dances. The idea was suggested by Stacy Godwin (@BCEPhysEd on Twitter). The dances are trendy and hip and kids love to perform them! Students place a Fidget Spinner in the middle of the board and spin it to indicate which dance they will perform. The Fidget Spinner then serves as a timer to regulate the amount of time a student dances. Essentially, they “dance” while it “spins”! 
This valuable resource “engages and immerses” students in a trendy PE movement activity. Your students will LOVE it!! The packet is made up of 8 distinct Dance Spinner Boards; that replicate many of the most popular (and school appropriate) Fortnite celebration dances. Many students already know the dances depicted on the fidget spinner boards, however a dance reference sheet is included in this package that links to the animated dances on You Tube. This sheet helps teachers or students to understand each dance.
 
The Fidget Spinner- Fortnite Inspired, Celebration Dance Board visuals can be applied in a number of different ways within a PE lesson or as a great warm-up activity. Classroom teachers can also use the Fidget Spinner Boards as a Brain Boosting activity during those critical times of the day!
